Customer feedback: Real customer service does still exist! Jeffrey came out to install a circuit in my crawl space for a dehumidifier. Jeffrey noticed that my home was powered by an old Challenger panel which were known to cause fires. This breaker panel was also full and didn't have enough space for anymore circuits. Jeffrey recommended that we upgrade to a new Siemens panel, so we agreed to have them do the upgrade. During the install process we did have a couple of hiccups. I reached out to Luke to discuss, and they didn't think twice about going above and beyond to make things right. As an engineer, I am very particular about wire routing and cleanliness (maybe too particular), and after the job was done, I was genuinely impressed with the workmanship. At the end of the day, Touchstone made it clear to me that they are not happy until I'm happy, no matter what. In this day and age, it's difficult to find contractors you can trust to stand by their work and do the right thing. Touchtone Electric will now live in the "Electrician" slot of my rolodex.
