Scope of work completed
- 200A outdoor main panel upgrade (Aluminum bus): Replaced the existing panel, main lug, and labeling. Grounded and bonded the panel, reconnected the service entrance cable, and reconnected existing circuits. Brought the installation to current electrical code for safety and reliability. Includes permitting and inspection.
- Whole-home surge protection (50k): Installed at the main panel to help safeguard appliances and electronics from damaging voltage spikes caused by lightning, utility fluctuations, or equipment cycling. Comes with a $50,000, 10-year warranty on covered equipment.
- Grounding system enhancement: Drove a new ground rod (typically 8 ft) and installed a continuous grounding electrode conductor back to the main service panel to improve fault clearing and overall system stability.

- 1x 90A standard breaker: Range, heater/furnace, or small subpanel
- 1x 60A standard breaker: Range, heater/furnace, or EV charger

- 2x 30A standard (double‑pole) breakers: Dryer, water heater, air condenser, spa, or EV charger
