Scope of Work Completed
- 200A Service and Meter: Installed meter with conduit, riser, and service entrance cable for reliable utility connection.

- Grounding System: Two ground rods with a grounding electrode conductor (GEC) from the meter for a robust grounding path.
- Whole-Home Surge Protection: Installed per NEC 2020 requirements; device includes a $10,000.00 warranty against home appliances in the unlikely event of failure.
- Electrical Boxes: All boxes landed and dressed for clean, serviceable terminations.
- Vent Fan Power: Supplied power for bathroom vent fans (ductwork by others).
- HVAC Wiring: Rough-in wiring for heating and cooling equipment.
- Appliance Circuits: Dedicated wiring for disposal, dishwasher, range, cooktop, microwave, washer, and dryer.
- Kitchen Small-Appliance Circuits: Two 20A branch circuits with GFCI protection for countertops and AFCI for lighting, as required.
- Laundry: 20A GFCI-protected laundry circuit.
- Dining Room: 20A dedicated dining room circuit.
- Bathrooms: 20A GFCI-protected bathroom circuits.
- Lighting and Receptacles: Wired outlets, lights, and switches per plans or NEC minimums when not specified.
- Permitting: Secured the electrical permit and coordinated inspections.
- Exclusions: Doorbell and chime not included.
