What we upgraded

Outdoor 200A main panel (copper bus): Installed a new weather-rated panel, completed grounding and bonding, verified torque on terminations, and provided clear circuit labeling. Whole-home surge protection was included.
New 200A meter base: Replaced the meter enclosure and coordinated the utility disconnect/reconnect. Installed conduit from the new meter to the weatherhead and tied in service entrance conductors to the drip loop. Grounding electrodes and conductors were verified.
Feeder conductors: Pulled THHN 4/0 wiring to support the upgraded service capacity and ensure low-resistance, code-compliant terminations.
Conduit improvements: Added and secured 2-inch PVC where needed for protection and neat routing of service conductors.
50A breaker replacement: Installed a new 50-amp standard breaker suitable for higher-demand equipment such as ranges, furnaces, small subpanels, or EV charging loads.
Five 20A breaker replacements: Updated small-appliance circuits with new 20-amp standard breakers for better reliability and protection.
Six 15A breaker replacements: Replaced breakers serving lighting and general-purpose circuits to support safe operation and consistent performance.
