Grounding, Riser, and Conduit

The service riser was replaced to accommodate the new 200A rating, and exterior routing was protected using appropriately sized 2" PVC conduit with secure fittings and supports.
Where feeder conductors were needed, we utilized appropriately rated conductors (such as THHN 4/0 where applicable) to ensure correct ampacity and durable performance.
Code, Permits, and Inspection Readiness
We handled permits and scheduled the utility power drop to perform the service change safely. As local inspectors continue to implement NEC 2020 requirements, some homes may be required to upgrade certain breakers to AFCI. In older wiring systems, AFCI upgrades can reveal pre-existing conditions (e.g., shared neutrals) that may need correction to prevent nuisance tripping.
