Touchstone Electric completed a 20 canless LED recessed lighting installation in Waxhaw, NC on September 5, 2025. The layout was precisely planned in four even rows of five fixtures to deliver bright, uniform coverage. The work was performed by Will Cruz from our Charlotte branch, with support from our Matthews service team.

Scope of work
- 20 canless LED recessed lights installed in a clean, flush-mount configuration for a modern ceiling finish.
- Layout: Four rows of five fixtures for balanced illumination across the space and reduced shadowing.
- Approximately 200 ft of 14/2 NM-B (Romex) cable run for lighting circuits appropriate to 15-amp applications; materials included any required junction boxes.
- Six custom connection/installation tasks to complete safe terminations and integrate the new fixtures with the existing electrical system.
- All fixtures tested for proper operation and consistent color temperature and brightness.

Final connections were completed using high-quality connectors and best-practice terminations for solid electrical continuity.
Please note: this project scope did not include new breakers or additional receptacles/switches beyond the lighting connections needed for this installation.
