Scope of Work

We delivered a full electrical package designed to meet current code, support new equipment loads, and enhance everyday functionality throughout the property in Charlotte, NC.

  • 100A Interior Subpanel: Furnished and installed a new 100-amp subpanel to distribute power reliably to new circuits and dedicated loads.
  • LED Recessed Lighting: Wired, furnished, and installed seventeen (17) 6-inch recessed cans with integrated LED trims for bright, efficient illumination.
  • Under-Cabinet Lighting: Wired, furnished, and installed two (2) 3-foot under-counter fixtures to improve task lighting at work surfaces.
  • Closet Lighting: Wired, furnished, and installed two (2) 2-foot LED strip fixtures, one in each of two closets.
  • Switches and Outlets: Wired all switches per scope and provided white toggle switches and standard outlets for a clean, consistent finish.
  • TV and Specialty Outlets: Wired to code for outlets and included provisions for three (3) TV locations.
  • Dry Bar and Puck Lights: Installed two (2) under-mount outlets at the dry bar and wired/installed builder-supplied puck lights.
  • Dedicated Circuits: Furnished and installed dedicated outlets for key equipment, including the beverage center, dryer, washer, 5 kW electric heat, A/C unit, sewage pump, dehumidifier, and treadmill.
  • Life Safety Devices: Wired, furnished, and installed two (2) smoke detectors and one (1) combination smoke/CO unit.
  • Ceiling Fan Preparation: Wired and braced for three (3) ceiling fans to ensure safe support and future-ready connections.

Note: Homeowners provided any ceiling fans and additional light fixtures not listed above. The builder supplied the bathroom exhaust fan, which we integrated per scope.

Code Compliance and Quality

Our team ensured all wiring, device placement, and circuit assignments followed current electrical code and best practices. The new 100A subpanel provides room for expansion and properly sized breakers for the added loads. LED fixtures were selected for long life, high efficiency, and consistent light output, while dedicated circuits help protect sensitive equipment and prevent nuisance tripping.

With properly braced fan boxes, clean switch layouts, and labeled circuits, this installation is built for performance, safety, and ease of future maintenance.
