What Our Customers Say
Real reviews from local homeowners who trust us with their electrical needs.
Touchstone Electric did a great job modifying my breaker box to support an additional 240V connection and installing my EV wall charger. Gustavo Peralta, my installer was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options. The installation was quick and done professionally with great quality. I highly recommend Touchstone.
Chris Rogers was so helpful, kind and efficient when it came to my electrical needs. I was so excited to get the EV charger outlet and surge protector installed in my home. Thanks so much!
Touchtone did an amazing job fixing the wiring problem after the broken tree damaged electric wires outside of our house . Not only they arrived quickly, but they stayed with us during all stages of this process: diagnosis, repair, inspection and power restoration. They responded quickly to all of our concerns. Many thanks to Danny and his team for a job well done! 👍
Chris Rogers did a great job and this wasn’t an easy install given the distance between the panel and the charger. I recommend Touchstone
Cody was very professional and efficient. In and out in great time. Explained everything that the job entailed and did a thorough walk through with me. 5 stars
Brady was a pleasure to work with. Great attitude, professional, and performed quality work. Went out of his way to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
We recently used Touchstone Electric for an international. Tyquan Johnson was the electrician sent to our home. He came out three times, first review the job, second to install the wiring, and lastly to install the junction box, ensure it worked and make sure our lighting was working. All three times Tyquan was professional, on time and answered all our questions. The office was also very helpful and with quick response time. I hope you will consider Touchstone Electric when you need an electrician.
Francisco Martinez was excellent--thorough, skilled and clear in his explanation of what his plan was to accomplish what we needed. He was careful to to prevent any cosmetic damage to our walls and was able to hide the conduit we needed for the outdoor receptacle for our new patio awning. We were kept informed throughout the whole process from the accurate estimate until completion.
Tyquan, and Ash did an Outstanding and Professional Job for my Parents today!! R, Maury A. Williams

Mr. Tyquan Johnson with Touchstone Electric responded to my house today and replaced my outdated electric panel. He did an excellent job, left the work area clean and ensured everything was functional. I highly recommend Touchstone Electric and will call them again for any electrical needs at my house.
Very friendly and professional. Explained all the work that they did. Not only were they on time but they were early! Jeffrey was so nice and friendly. Would definitely use them in the future if I need any other electrical work done.
Danny Bishop was fantastic from beginning to end. He took the time to walk me through the entire process and stayed involved every step of the way to make sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Touchstone Electric for their outstanding service. Although Duke Energy arrived late to the appointment and there were complications with the meter panel, none of it was Touchstone Electric’s fault. Their team stayed on standby, ready to assist and handle anything that came up, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the entire process. They were the reason I stayed calm and stress-free during the experience. Duke Energy definitely needs to improve their communication.
Eric provided great service. Very professional.
Danny fixed a dangerous problem!
They did some work for me for a crawl space encapsulation, and their installer Gustavo was courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job.
Cassius came on time and ready to go, fixed our electrical for our crawlspace with great efficiency and was very personable.
Tyler was great! There was a small hiccup, he explained the issue and got the job done.
I worked directly with Brad Williams. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Went above and beyond to answer all my questions and helped me think through options and pricing. I’m an architect and builder so I had a lot of detailed concerns he was able to walk me through. Definitely recommend using touchstone. Hard to find electricians these days willing to do the smaller residential repair stuff but this is their bread and butter. Very glad I found them.
Brad from Touchstone was great from the moment he arrived at my home. He communicated to me everything that he was going to do and followed up after. Brad explained in a way I could understand. He was friendly, relatable and helped my husband and I make the best decision for our home. I highly recommend Touchstone and Brad! Thank you!
